TAIB issues a NEUTRAL investment opinion on Commercial Real Estate Company with a target price of KWD 0.158, representing a 2.5% upside potential to the current market price of KWD 0.154. The company is expected to achieve FY08 net profit of KWD 31.11 million compared to KWD 44.65 million for FY07.  The stock is trading at a PE of 7.93x for FY08E.

Dow should have known better
...Who knows how the Kuwaitis will react to being sued, but it won't go down well for sure. I'm sure Aramco, with which Dow has a JV for the Ras Tanura project, will be taking note with interest.
