With regards to your comments on residential units in the mid income sector in KSA, it is true that data points towards mismatch between supply/demand in the future. Unlike Dubai, the demand is very real & the domestic market is indeed present. The recent turn of events does not change that fact; yet people have become cautious & so have banks.....
